This Policy is in compliance with 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) registers and notices, Title 24 of the Code
of Federal Regulations, the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) and State and local laws.
